Club Kickoff & Recruitment (Session #1)

  • Interest meeting for new members
  • Overview of club goals (fundraiser, stock challenge, guest speakers)

Stock Market Challenge Begins (10/1–11/17)

  • Members track and compete virtually
  • Winner announced mid-November

Fundraiser Kickoff (Session #2)

  • Launch long-term fundraiser ($10K for Local Business Campaign)
  • Members collect donations → earn volunteer hours based on contributions raised
  • Example: $15 raised = 1 volunteer hour
  • Set up a leaderboard system to track progress

📌 Goal: Introduce business fundamentals & keep momentum on fundraiser.

Business Case Quickfire Challenge

  • Teams of 2–3 are given a mini business scenario (e.g., a struggling store or a startup launch plan)
  • Top Team wins prizes
  • Goal: Practice critical thinking, problem-solving, and strategy under time pressure

Stock Market Challenge Finale (11/17)

  • Winners announced, cash prize awarded

Volunteer Event #1: Small Business Customer Feedback Analysis

  • Help a local small business by collecting and analyzing customer feedback. Create a simple survey, summarize results, and provide recommendations to improve customer experience or sales.

Volunteer Event #2: Local Social Media Boost

  • Help a small business create or improve social media posts for one week (Instagram/TikTok/Facebook) with captions, hashtags, and posting schedules.
December

📌 Goal: Continue Business Quickfire Competition and give members service opportunities.

  • Teams of 2–3 tackle a mini business scenario
  • Top Team wins prizes
  • Goal: Practice critical thinking, problem-solving, and presentation strategy
January

📌 Goal: Introduce Corporate Expansion Challenge and explore company growth.

Corporate Expansion Challenge

  • Teams of 2–3 act as consultants for a growing business expanding into a new market, product line, or location
  • Each team receives a prompt and proposes a clear expansion strategy
  • Goal: Practice strategic thinking, market analysis, and decision-making

Volunteer Event #1: Business Menu Review

  • Review a local café or restaurant's menu, pricing, and product positioning and suggest improvements.

Volunteer Event #2: Financial Literacy Workshop

  • Create presentations for middle schoolers about saving, budgeting, or entrepreneurship basics.

  • Create an original brand from scratch, focusing on brand identity, target audience, and cohesive visual presence.

Volunteer Event #1: LinkedIn Optimization Guide Creation

  • Build a student-friendly guide teaching how to use LinkedIn effectively.

Volunteer Event #2: Community Resource Awareness Flyer

  • Design a flyer highlighting important local community resources for students or families.
