The Corporate Expansion Challenge is a team-based business competition where members act as consultants for a real, well-known company planning to expand into a new market. Teams research, analyze data, and design a realistic expansion strategy, then present their solution through a structured slideshow for judging.

How It Works

  1. Teams of 2–3 students form on their own and register through the form (only one Team Lead should register on behalf of the team)
  2. Each team is assigned a real public company and an expansion scenario (e.g., entering a new country, launching a new product line, or targeting a new customer segment)
  3. Teams research the company, market conditions, competitors, and risks
  4. Over several weeks, teams develop a 7–10 slide presentation outlining their expansion strategy
  5. Submissions are judged by business professionals and/or club leadership based on a set rubric
